A booking deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The applicable deposit amount will be displayed during the booking process and will be applied toward your appointment total.

Please review our booking and cancellation policies prior to confirming your appointment.

Your booking deposit will be applied toward the cost of your scheduled appointment where applicable.

Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment when more than 24 hours’ notice is provided. 

Booking deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person. 

Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours will result in the deposit being forfeited.

All cosmetic and skin procedures carry potential risks, side effects and downtime. Individual responses and results vary, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.

Your treating practitioner will discuss relevant treatment considerations, expected outcomes, potential risks and appropriate aftercare with you as part of the consultation and informed consent process.

Patients are responsible for following the pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by their treating practitioner.

Consultation and treatment recommendations are based on an individual assessment. Booking an appointment does not guarantee that a particular treatment will be suitable or performed.
