Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Where more than 24 hours notice is provided, your booking deposit will remain as credit on your patient profile and may be applied toward a future appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, or failure to attend an appointment, will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.

A new deposit fee will be required to secure another appointment.

Changes to appointments should be made through our booking system or by contacting Face Forward Aesthetics during clinic hours.
