Gift Vouchers Policy

---

Face Forward Aesthetics gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase, unless a different expiry period is permitted under an applicable legal exception.

The issue and expiry dates will be displayed on the gift voucher.

Gift vouchers may be redeemed toward eligible services at Face Forward Aesthetics, subject to consultation, treatment suitability and applicable clinical requirements.

Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher.

Lost or stolen gift vouchers should be reported to Face Forward Aesthetics as soon as possible.
