Full payment is required at the completion of your appointment unless otherwise arranged.

Where applicable, your booking deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment.

Prices may vary depending on individual assessment, treatment requirements and the service provided. Applicable costs will be discussed with you before proceeding.

Face Forward Aesthetics does not provide refunds for change of mind for services that have already been provided.

Results from aesthetic and skin procedures vary between individuals, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Nothing within this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
