Treatment packages are valid for the period specified within the individual package details at the time of purchase.
Packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the person for whom they were originally purchased.
Once a treatment within a package has been used, the package is generally non-refundable for change of mind.
Where a patient is unable to continue their package due to a medical condition, contraindication or treatment-related reaction, Face Forward Aesthetics may review the remaining package balance on an individual basis. Supporting medical documentation may be requested where appropriate.
Where a refund of the unused portion of a package is approved, treatments already received will be recalculated at their individual full treatment price, rather than the discounted package rate. The value of treatments already received will then be deducted from the original amount paid, with any remaining eligible balance refunded.
These conditions do not exclude or limit rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
